defense on "The Impact of Physical Education, Especially Arnis, on
the Health of Grade 11 Students: A Case Study." Our study delves into
the crucial role of physical education, with a particular focus on the
traditional Filipino martial art, Arnis, as we explore its implications on
the overall health and well-being of our students. Please allow us to
share our findings and insights into this significant aspect of
education and health promotion.
