KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by:

MARIO MABILING SALES, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and presently

residing at P73-6 12th-21st St., Barangay 183, Villamor, Pasay City, hereinafter
referred to as the Vendor;

-in favor of-

JOSELINE ALFANTE FUENTEBELLA, also of legal age, Filipino

Citizen, and presently residing at Block 52 10 10th-29th St. Barangay 183, Villamor,
Pasay City, hereinafter referred to as the Vendee;

WITNESSETH:

That the Vendor is the absolute owner of a tricycle with sidecar, which is
particularly described as follows, to wit:

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND

PESOS (Php100, 000.00), Philippine Currency paid by the Vendee, receipt of
which in full hereby acknowledged by the Vendor, the latter hereby SELLS,
CEDES, and TRANSFERS the aforementioned motor vehicle to the Vendee, her
heirs, successors, and assigns free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever
nature and kind.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this 28th
day of January 2023, in the City of Parañaque, Metro Manila.
