This Book of Mormon is a powerful witness of Jesus Christ. It is a history of the Lord’s
dealings with his prophets and children in the Americas between 600 BC and about
400 AD. Jesus said, “OHYPERLINK

bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

We have listed just a portion of scriptures within this book that boldly testify of Jesus
Christ as the Savior and Redeemer of the world. Please prayerfully and carefully read
them. As you do so, we promise you will feel a closer connection to Christ.
This book is divine scripture and is a second witness with the Holy Bible that Jesus
Christ is the Son of God. As the Apostle Paul said, “In the mouth of two or
three witnesses shall every word be established.” (2 Cor 13:1)
We know the promise made on page 492 is true. We have read, pondered and prayed.
We have received a witness from the Holy Ghost that the Book of Mormon is true. Our
belief in God and his son, Jesus Christ, has been strengthened. We want you to enjoy
the same witness and experience an even closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
