[Salutations]…
Ladies and gentlemen, I am really overwhelmed by this opportunity to
deliver my message regarding the PNP Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting.

Our agenda this morning is very timely because this program reinforces
one of the priority thrusts of the Chief PNP, the uplifting of the morale and
welfare of all personnel in PRO 4A. It is also playing an important role in the
enhancement of the integrity and values of our personnel. These programs also
aim to nurture harmonious relationships with the community and the religious
sectors which will help to enhance our organization’s image, credibility and will
help to transform our men to be God Centered, Service Oriented and Family
Based Police officers.

Today, I want to emphasize the paramount importance of living a noble

life and the profound impact it can have on both our personal well-being and
the society we strive to protect. As police officers, we have dedicated ourselves
to a profession that demands courage, integrity, and unwavering commitment.
Each day, we face challenging situations that test our character and require
split-second decisions. In the face of these challenges, our values become our
guiding compass. It defines who we are as individuals and shape the collective
identity of our organization.

Thus, Intensified Internal Cleansing Program was also implemented to

ensure and to restore the credibility and good image of the Philippine National
Police. Here in PRO4A, we are glad that our Values Coaches who are also
members of our religious community are always guiding us in cultivating a
strong set of values as we lead to the path of living a noble life.

Our 143 Life Coaches from the RHQ, RMFB, PPOs down to the Municipal
and City Police Stations have been sharing with us the values of integrity,
respect, and compassion which build our character and shape our actions as
police officers.

Integrity lies at the core of noble living. As police officers, our integrity is
crucial in maintaining public trust and confidence. Our actions must always

reflect the highest standards of integrity, ensuring that justice is served

impartially and without prejudice.

Respect is another key value that must guide our interactions, both
within the force and with the communities we serve. Treating every individual
with dignity, regardless of their background, fosters an environment of trust
and understanding. It is by building bridges of respect that we address gaps
between us in the PNP and the public, fostering stronger relationships and
collaborative efforts to create safer neighborhoods for CALABARZON
communities.

Compassion are virtues that enable us to connect with others on a

deeper level. As members of the police force, our duty extends beyond
enforcing the law; it involves genuinely caring for the well-being of the people
we serve. By demonstrating empathy and compassion, we create trust and
foster a sense of unity within our communities.

These, ladies and gentlemen are the values that we need as we continue
embarking on our journey towards public service. I hope that with the support
of our Values/Life Coaches, our PRO4A personnel will not only enhance their
own well-being but also inspire others to follow. Together, let us strive for a
future where every police officer embodies the noblest qualities of the human
spirit, creating a safer and more just world for all.

Once again, thank you for your support and cooperation in the spiritual
and moral enhancement of our police officers throughout the region.
