material are held solely by Shawn Dexter John; the works are reserved for use by Shawn Dexter John solely. There is no
plagiarized content in The New Societies: Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of Commonality
and there is no plagiarized content in the following material; there is no lack of [necessary] citation; none of the works is of
a deceitful nature. The contents of the following material of presentation have not been and are not products of any non-

primary law school of his legal education was St. Thomas University School of Law – Miami Gardens. The author is an
official, undisputed, and authentic citizen of the United States of America (USA). (Importantly, the author's partial education
at Southern University and A&M College, as a doctoral student in Public Policy [at the Nelson Mandela School of Public
Policy and Urban Affairs], served well in writing significant parts of the overall material. Both degrees awarded to the author
were received from Howard University, however.) (The author did complete a course-required research [unpaid] internship
with the Embassy of the Commonwealth of Dominica over a short period of time. The author's brief employment with USA

Additional Work Commentary with the Central Intelligence Agency and the United Nations

I have committed to exhausting work toward defining an approach, a sensible approach, for
motivating the integration of the Pan-American continent. The Central Intelligence Agency did
require of me determining the policies and concepts of the official protocol enabling the Union’s
creation, in having invested in studious behavior and professional regiments commendable to the
pursuit of intellectual and technical perfection. An additional obligation prescribed was to create the
general model, of peculiarities and conventional concepts (and their workable options). Toward
these ends, I have decided, and have received affirmation from project managers, to promote and
endorse what I call the Coalition of Aligned Parties concept, the consolidation of [like-minded]
political parties of Member States of the Union (per their discretion and convention resolutions), in
conducting continental politics.

I did organize initial discourses between representatives of the Democratic National Convention,
meaning the governing body of the Democratic Party of our country, those of the People’s National
Party of Jamaica, the Labour Party of Antigua and Barbuda, the People’s National Movement of
Trinidad and Tobago, the Liberal Party of Canada, the Labour Party of the Commonwealth of
Dominica, and the territory branch of the Labour Party in the British Virgin Islands, all modern
progressive parties, for constructing polished sketches and drafts of the rules and by-laws of a
corresponding Coalition of Aligned Parties in anticipation of our inception of the Union of the
Americas, an effectual political continental realm, in two decades. The foundation will be laid out in
the Organization of American States, the template.

The Republican National Convention, the governing body of the Republican Party, is preparing to
send representatives to such discourses amongst its kind, conservative parties throughout the
Americas, toward the same end, a Coalition of Aligned Parties (thoroughly or sentimentally
conservative in leaning). This is in the spirit of Ronald Reagan and Dame Mary Eugenia Charles of
the former Freedom Party of the Commonwealth of Dominica. The United National Congress of
Trinidad and Tobago has corresponded with representatives of the Republican Party of the United
States alongside Former President Bolsonario of the Federal Republic of Brazil (in reforming) toward
this pursuit.

We are certain that a moderate-centrist Coalition platform will form additionally.

Regarding the structure in which their effects would resonate, the refined General Assembly of the
Americas will develop the statutory constraints and integrationist policies of the governments of
Member States and the Union (via legislation), the summits/council of the Heads of Government
and State will develop protocols of the Union, the leaders of parties outside the General Assembly
and the Council of Heads will provide White Papers and determine their certification as national and
coalition party protocols, and the President of the [Union of] the Americas, a single Chief Executive,
will decide penalties for government infractions, lead rescue missions, create diplomatic initiatives
and missions, enforce confederal laws, and represent the continent on the global stage as its Chief
ambassador. There will be a commission for internal mitigation duties for supplementing the
[binding] Presidential Commissioner and judiciary system with non-binding but resolutive cures to
political disputes or subtle ambiguities (in relations) not demanding rigorous legal dispute – an
arbitration or diplomatic expert commission trusted by the Union governance structure. (The
Commissioner, as both President and Chief Moderator, would satisfy his or her responsibilities to
such a commission.)

These I have presented and the project team has affirmed [essentially] unanimously.
