SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CIRILA J. PATAC, Filipino, of legal age and with address at Poblacion Ondol, Loboc,
Bohol has named, constituted, and appointed, as I, by these presents, name, constitute and
appoint ATTY. VALERIE GAYLE J. PATAC OR CHARLIE J. UNGAB, Filipino, of legal age, to
be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, in my place and stead, with full power and authority to
do the following:

 TO REPRESENT, TRANSACT, PROCESS, SIGN AND RECEIVE DOCUMENTS IN

CONNECTION WITH THE PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GAINS TAX, DOCUMENTARY
STAMP TAX AND OTHER TRANSFER TAXES AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BIR
CERTIFICATE AUTHORIZING REGISTRATION (CAR) AND TRANSFER OF TITLE
FROM SPOUSES ELADIO M. JALA AND REMEDIOS JALA OVER LOT NO. 5725-A-2
LOCATED AT TIPTIP, TAGBILARAN, BOHOL AND COVERED BY TCT NO. 112-
2012001433 CONTAINING AN AREA OF 2,633 SQUARE METERS AND TO DO ALL
ACTS AND THINGS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE GIVEN ABOVE,
SUCH AS THE PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GAINS TAX, DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAX
AND OTHER TRANSFER TAXES.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorneys-
in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in our behalf by virtue of these presents.
