ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First I would like to thank the God Almighty that give my skill and knowledge and the
life that he given to me and being faithful one even though there are times that problems
makes me weak God is always there for me. And also to all Sorsogon state College
Officials, Teachers, Parents, Classmates and all the persons that give me a chance to
make my skill broad, and I’m very thankful for the Personnel in” Municipality Of Prieto-
Diaz “, that gives me a lot of things not only by Technicality Acts and skill but also High

 INTRODUCTION

This report contains the things that happens inside the Municipality and things that
I “’JOVERT D. DOROLIAT’’ a student of Sorsogon State Collage. Under goes the OJT1
and accomplishment report for the training program. This contains some of valuble facts
that may serve as a prove to reflect the details that serves at the evidence for
accomplishing the given task for this year 2018 in the Month of April 23 to June 22 with
a total hours of 240 hours and a Signature of our Head Instructor ‘’ENG. EXEQUIEL
DESTURA‘’ and an approval of the Admin. MR. CHRISTIAN LLYOD D. GOLENA.

 PROBLEMS MET

There are Lots of problems that I met in the given Training because there are times
when you are not ready enough. First in lack of knowledge and in my Schooling Days
because of so very short time that has given to us in Teaching is not already teach to us
those days in school lots of commands and other Execution that we don’t even know.
And how to adjust on what we are going to do in our daily task and in the Office the
Shyness how to be meet their expectations and how to adjust with them.
 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

In OJT1 the trainee must develop His/her confident of tailing question because when
you are confident enough to space people on the eye it is one thing that will enhance
your Technical knowhow and being a part of company you must be able to approach for
someone to talk to be able to be connected in a group always smile and feel excited of
everyday life in work because a simple smile can make a happy face in other person. In
very problem always think about that there’s a solution because God is always there for
you.
