    E-Nomination Process

    1. Post logging into at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ using your


    UAN no. Click on manage E-nomination
    2. Click on Fill Now
    3. Upload your photograph (not more than 100 KB), post which only you will be able to proceed
    further. Once photo is uploaded click on preview to complete the upload.

    4. Click on “Yes” for question “Having family?”


    5. Save Family details, add a row for each family member. Fill the details Aadhar no of family
    member, his/her address, DOB, Gender, relationship, Bank account details and upload
    Photograph

    6. Post saving all details select nominee or nominees mentioning the percentage.
    7. Once nomination is added click on e-sign tab and generate virtual ID using Aadhar no to
    complete the process

    8. Once the e-sign is done a pdf for form-2 will be generated with all the nomination details for
    your records
