Impersonate "Abel Tuter" User navigate to the service portal
User will search for the service External Application request on the service
portal
Click on the External Application request form
User will fill out the form, submit the request
Search for RITM number in the global search
Scroll down to the related list and click on approver tab
Verify that Approver 1 is requested for manager
Impersonate Tobi Olasode to approve the request

Verify that 2nd level approval is generated "Henry Olasode"

User Login to www.PlanerITsolution.servicenow.com

Impersonate "Abel Tuter" User navigate to the service portal
User will search for the service "External Application request "
Click on the External Application request form
User will fill out the form, submit the request
Search for RITM number in the global search
Scroll down to the related list and click on approver tab
Verify that Approver 1 is requested for manager
Impersonate Tobi Olasode to reject the request
Verify that 2nd level approval is not generated

application do you ned access to
Verify SCTask is triggered and route to the assignment group for the option
