The Director General of the Swedish Armed Forces[1]

Director General of the
(Swedish: Generaldirektör för Försvarsmakten, GD) is the
director general of the Swedish Armed Forces and is the deputy
Swedish Armed Forces
head of the agency. The director general reports directly to the Generaldirektör för
Supreme Commander of the Swedish Armed Forces. The position Försvarsmakten
was established in 2005 to strengthen the financial management of Incumbent

is part of the Defence Board (Försvarsmaktsledningen, FML), a since 1 June 2021
group of the Supreme Commander's top commanders.[2] In
