Chelsea is the chosen Power Take-Off manufacturer that is working with the transmission manufacturer to prove
their transmission’s P.T.O. drive gear capabilities and requirements.
Chelsea’s 10-Bolt Series Power Take-Offs are developed from the same proven designs that have years and
thousands of hours of rugged use on all types of applications around the world. The NEW and Unique Design of the
Direct Drive Rear mounts permits attaching the flange option directly to the transmission. This clean design reduces
interference problems at the rear of the transmission and offers a wide range of output options.
267 Series
• Constant mesh (non-shiftable) P.T.O. that is ideal for applications requiring continuous power.
• Three speed ratios and ten output options.
• SuperTorque™ gears available for 20% higher intermittent torque ratings.
• No backlash to adjust.
• Wet Spline output options available.
277 Series
• Exceeds the torque capacity of a 6-Bolt P.T.O., while offering the tighter sealing of a 10-Bolt pattern.
• Available in five speed ratios and fourteen output options, including Chelsea’s popular 360° rotatable flange.
• SuperTorque™ gears available for 20% higher intermittent torque ratings.
• Electronic Overspeed Control (E.O.C.) available to protect driven equipment from overspeeding.
• Electric/Hydraulic Shift.
• Pressure Protection Valve part of P.T.O. shifter valve assembly.
278 Series
• Enhanced housing design for maximum transmission clearance when direct mounting a pump.
• Six speed ratios and fourteen output options, including Chelsea’s popular 360° rotatable flange.
• SuperTorque™ gears available for 20% higher intermittent torque ratings.
• Electric/Hydraulic Shift.
• Pressure Protection Valve part of P.T.O. shifter valve assembly.
859 Series
• Highest torque capacities of any P.T.O. offered for 10-Bolt applications.
• P.T.O. torque ratings from 285 - 575 Lbs.-ft.
• The compact design allows the Chelsea 859 Series to fit where others won’t.
• Electric Overspeed Control (E.O.C.) available to protect driven equipment from overspeeding.
• Advanced gear design for increased tooth-contact ratio for quieter operation.
• Electric/Hydraulic shift.
• Pressure Protection Valve part of P.T.O. shifter valve assembly
867 Series
• Constant Mesh (non-shiftable) P.T.O. this is ideal for applications
requiring continuous power.
• Four speed ratios and five output options.
• Torque ratings from 350 - 575 Lbs.-ft.
• Advanced gear design for increased tooth-contact ratio for
quieter operation.
• Same rugged design as the 859 Series.
CAT-D
• Direct Drive (non-shiftable) P.T.O. this is ideal for
applications requiring continuous power.
• Five Output Options.
• Up to 800 Lbs.-ft. torque available (maximum
transmission output).
• Unique Design permits direct mounting of flange to the transmission.
• Wet Spline output options available which increases spline life by a factor of 10.
