Essay why do you think you would be a good candidate?

I'm sure there are many candidates who apply here with the requirements required by the company.
One thing that sets me apart is my ability to understand more deeply the time management process.

I have the ability to stay positive even when I fail. I consider failure as part of the experience. I had
led a team before and it turned out that my approach actually slowed down the team's productivity.
That experience made me find better solutions to make the team more productive and responsible.
In the end, the solution I came up with can improve the performance of my members.

I can't compare them directly, but I'll talk about the power they have. In a campus organization, I
have the responsibility to increase the organization's income by selling businesses managed by the
organization.

It is proven that I always sell more than the target because I have the value to always work hard and
strive for the best for the company.

I don't know what the other candidates are capable of, but I'll give you an idea of why I'm more
unique. My communication skills, work ethic, and management experience make me suitable to fill
the position of project manager at this company.

What makes me more unique than other candidates is my love of learning new things. I am always
looking for opportunities to develop and improve myself. By always improving my skills, I feel
confident and able to work more effectively.
