Internal Job Title Assistant Manager / Manager
Direct Report HR GM (Senior Leadership Team)
Job Overview To coordinate, set, and monitor all company legal aspect (i.e.
legal drafting/ reviewing, provide legal advice/opinion, company
legal document), mitigate potential legal risk in every business
decisions, as well as to resolve any legal dispute/litigation issue,
to provide optimum legal protection to the company that is
inline with prevailing law/regulation, ensure legal dept and
other departments carry out License Center regulation
procedures
Job Description  Prepare annual sub department budget and ensure the
effective and efficient use of the allocated budget.
 Monitor legal drafting/legal reviewing activities, provide
recommendation for any legal-related activities (i.e.
contracts/agreements/power of attorney/ payments/
transactions/ legal documents), to ensure compliance with all
prevalling regulations.
 Propose legal advice/ opinion to all Division and Department
on relevant subject, to ensure compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements and to provide protection to
company's interes.
 Evaluate performance of legal team and License team, to
ensure good level of work performance.
 Monitor dan safe-keep all company legal documents
(lisences, certificates, permits, work visa permits), to ensure
all documents are updated to the latest prevailing
regulations.
 Explain and discuss country industrial/ employee relation
law/ regulations/ policies/ procedures/ practices, to assist
foreign employee to understand and implement it properly.
 Deliver legal and risk training for relevant Departments (i.e.
Business training, legal updates), assess legal and risk
management initiatives, to be able to manage potential legal
risk.
 Be responsible for providing any lisences and all required
permit for a new Factory, so that the new factory can begin
its operation on schedule.
 Be responsible for all assigned legal affairs, to complete the

assignment fully
 Propose legal advice/ opinion to all Division and Department
on relevant subject, to ensure compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements and to provide protection to
company's interest
 Produce legal activites report on a regular basis, to provide
information to Group Legal
 Follow company program
 Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS
(including to ensure work tools accordance standard),
energy, quality and environment programs to ensure
implement company management system runs
smoothly.
 Identify, report and review related OHS (work
accident. Audit OHS and improvement), energy,
quality and environment management system to
ensure and improve company management system.
Education Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Law.

Requirements
 Work Experience:
Have at least 5 years experience in the same position and
preferably experience from manufacturing industry
 Knowledge’s of advance knowing in Corporate Laws;
Criminal Laws (KUHP, KUHAP); Civil Laws (KUH Perdata,
KUHD); Labor Laws and Industrial disputes; Contract/
agreement regulation
 Skill’s of Legal writin, Legal drafting; Contract
Management; License & Administration; Cases and
Regular Training; Problem Solving & Decision Making;
Good analytical; Negotiating; Advance in Ms Office
 Integrity and behavior of Customer Focus; Cultivates
Innovation; Drives Collaboration
