CAVEATS
● The AS scholarship will be valid for 1 year only.
● Resit grades will not be considered for any award.
● The A2 scholarship award will be considered on 3 AS results, excluding Urdu.
● If a student is sitting composite exams with prior approval of the school, they will be refunded any
award that they earn upon the announcement of the A2 result.
● Students must remain in good standing with the school. Serious disciplinary violations, attendance
below 90%, etc., will result in the award being cancelled and the student being charged the full amount
of their tuition. The award is an honour being bestowed on the student, and they must ensure that they
remain worthy of it.
● Results should have been obtained within the last 18 months
● The scholarship is for three subjects unless specifically stated otherwise. All optional charges need to
be paid.
● Please note that at any point in time, a student is entitled to only one benefit or discount against their
fee. If a student is given any other discount or benefit in fee by the government or by the school, only
the larger benefit or discount will apply.
● FIS reserves the right to reduce or withdraw the scholarship at any point of time without notice.

DEDUCTIONS
In cases where a student obtains grades below B in the first-term and mock examinations, the following
reduction in the scholarship award will apply:

Grade Achieved Reduction

For every C grade in the first-term exams Reduction of PKR 10,000
For every D grade in the first-term exams Reduction of PKR 15,000
For every E grade in the first-term exams Reduction of PKR 20,000
For one U grade in the first-term. More than one U grade in the first-term
Reduction of PKR 25,000
exams will result in a 50 % reduction in the scholarship
For every C grade in the mock exams Reduction of PKR 15,000
For every D grade in the mock exams Reduction of PKR 20,000
For one E grade in the mock exams. More than one E grade in the mock exams
Reduction of PKR 25,000
will result in a 50 % reduction in the scholarship
For one U grade in the mock exams. More than one U grade in the mock exams
Reduction of PKR 30,000
will result in a 50 % reduction in the scholarship
