Preface

This course is designed to meet the employees needs and learners as well, for
some of the effective English Language skills that are mainly used at the different
workplaces, to strengthen and promote at the same time their daily need for
English skills that can be used in workplace. While the course is specifically
intended for learners who already have basic general English skills, it is, however,
flexible enough to be used by almost anyone wanting to develop their English
skills that can be used at workplace environment. It provides enough materials for
about forty class-hours of classroom instructions.

knowledge. It is the language of business, science, etiquette and

Course Description
Since proficiency in English is essential for career advancement in a fast-paced
world, and because we are highly aware of the great differences between general
English and business English, we designed a special training course that provides
employees and learners with effective English skills to help them communicate
confidently and effectively in their different workplaces.

Learning Objectives
The course mainly aims to raise the efficiency of the employees and improve their
oral and written communicative skills, besides, offering them the needed kind of
vocabulary and expressions that are used in different workplaces.

Detailed Objectives of the Course


Upon the completion of the course the trainees will be able to:

 Easily communicate in workplace


 Speak confidently and listen effectively
 Read and write emails and reports
 Know certain expressions and vocabulary to be used in workplace
 Tackle different language situations
 Participate in meetings and presentations
