ACTION PLAN

ACTION PLAN TO BE ALIGNED WITH THE VISION, MISSION AND GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
OF CSPC

In order to be aligned with the vision, mission and goals and objective of our school, I
have set an action plan to drive my decisions and actions in accordance with the educational
goals, community priorities and the purpose of the school.

VISION

CSPC is the lead Polytechnic Institution in the Bicol Region providing excellent education and
quality services responsive to local, national and global developments.

In the subject, Basic Electronics, students can acquire greater knowledge to new research
and technology. By having a good vision to the subject the students can conquer intellectual
challenges and develop a sense of achievement thus allowing them to excel and establish
an enjoyable career of their choice.

MISSION

CSPC provides excellent higher education and quality support services upheld by strong
research culture, meaningful extension and cost-effective production towards sustainable
development in partnership with Rinconada community as well as local, national and
international stakeholders.

Basic Electronics provides excellent education which encourages student to have a creative
and independent thought and exposes them to other cultures and background. It prepares
student for a career and/or advancement within their current field. Being passionate in
learning the subject can build initiative, establish professional connections and leadership
skills that is helpful in achieving your career path.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. Provide quality instruction, learning environment and other support services

producing professionally competent graduates, who are responsible Filipino, ASEAN
and global citizens.

2. Generate new knowledge and innovative technology responsive to local and global
needs.

3. Undertake responsive, relevant, and research-based extension programs for

 sustainable community development.

4. Establish viable income and generating projects towards self-reliance and self-
sustaining operations of the institution.

5. Demonstrate good governance and sound management in all aspects of

organizational operations towards effective and productive performance of its four
major functions.

Higher education gives the training and skills necessary for success. Reflecting to the
CSPC’s goals and objectives, students will realize the importance of adapting to it. In result,
they will learn how to be responsible in organizing and managing the time efficiently. It will
also help them to develop important personality and career building skills. The subject, Basic
Electronics required students to go through many types of assignments, discussions,
courses, and more during their time in education. Therefore, students end up with a
wonderful skill set that translates into the workforce and benefits the society and
community as well.
