PERSONAL PROFILE (7 Years’ Experience)


I have been working in telecom sector for Six and half years. My first job was in DG Telecom where I
worked for four and half years, where I got valuable experience of working on microwave equipment.
After this I was offered a Job by ZTE as BSS Engineer/Transmission, so I joined ZTE and presently working
here from last two years and got experience about maintenance services.

 Regional MS Team Lead (ZTE) ZHONGXING TELECOM PAKISTAN (PVT.) LTD
Job responsibilities include
 Troubleshooting of Microwave equipment of Huawei (RTN 910, 950 and RTN 980). Ericsson PDH,
Alcatel PDH, DG Telecom (Super Star L PDH, Super Star L ARGUS SDH and Super Star MUX/ADM
SDH, MW Links)
 RTN configuration and E1 cross mapping
 Monitoring of TXN alarms in DG Telecom/ Huawei NMS and providing level-2 support to field
engineers for urgent rectification of MW TXN faults.
 Pivotal administrative role at the core of ZTE Telco and Non Telco operations. Centralized contact
point for all communications, problems and administrative inquiries posed by Zong professionals,
Engineers, team Lead, and Gensets experts.
 Composed staff rosters for PM and CM Activity, Managed statistical information about all sites in
my domain, typed documents and directed inventory control. Coordinated the work schedules of
70 technical staff to assure smooth, effective processes and minimize potential for error
 To coordinate with OMCR Engineer in order to check the status of sites. To perform Routine
maintenance work in order to improve the network quality, efficiency & overall life of the
equipment.
 Preventive maintenance (PM) covers the maintenance of every equipment regarding GSM BTS’s
such as BTS Cabinets, Microwaves (ODU and IDU), Rectifiers, Earthling of every Electrical
Equipment, and Patching of DDF Panel for alarms generation etc within the GSM standards.
 Providing technical support (level 2) to vendors to ensure smooth network quality standards.
 Troubleshooting of BTS ZXJ8112, BTS ZXJ8018 (VSWR, CMB, AEM).
 Conducting CQT (Call Quality Test) at operational sites.
 Hands on expertise of troubleshooting the ZTE ZXSDR BS8900, BS8700, BS8800.
 Supervising, Installation, Expansion & Commissioning of ZTE ZXSDR BS8900, BS8700 BS8800
Systems
 Corrective maintenance (CM) refers to the effective response in case of receiving any alarm
report from the OMC-R.
 Composed staff rosters for PM and CM Activities.
 Managed statistical information about all sites in my domain.
 Have a good experience ZTE EAS system (MISU, GSU)
 Installation RRU, RSU, Fiber and Feeders and Supervising for VSWR tests for antennas.
 Measuring “VSWR” and “Distance-to-Fault” of feeder cables With "Site Master" equipment
