prep lists for kitchen crew, maintaining standards for food storage, hygiene, quality, and appearance.
Assisted the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Optimized cooking processes with attention to speed and quality serving an average of 1,800 customers monthly, generating
revenue upwards of 20 lacs per month.
Ensured compliance with all health and safety regulations issued by FSSAI within the restaurant.
