Agreement

This Agreement is executed at Pulwama on this 31 st day of January

2024 between

1. Bilal Ahmad Lone S/o Gh Nabi Lone R/o Malwari Newa District
Pulwama Prop: Lords care chemists and druggists (hereinafter
called the Party No.1.)
AND
2. Tanveer Ahmad Dar S/o Mohd Ali Dar R/o Larve Tehsil
Kakapora Pulwama ( Qualified Person ) (hereinafter called
the Party No.2.)
The expression of the party No.1 & 2, wherever they occur in
the body of this agreement shall mean and include their respective
heirs, legal representatives, successors, administrators, executors,
and assignees.

Whereas Party No.1 is proprietor of retail medical shop
under the name and style of Lords care chemists and druggists
situated at SIR COMPLEX opposite District Hospital Pulwama and
the Party no 2nd is the Pharmist by profession bearing Registration
no JKPC/32/C/3637.
Where as Party no 2nd approached the Party no 1st that the Party
no 2nd will work as qualified in the above retail medical shop of
Party no 1st and the Party no 1st agreed the same on the basis of
following terms and conditions:-
NOW THIS AGREEMENT TO SALE WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
1. That the Party No.1st is proprietor of retail medical shop under the
name and style of Lords care chemists and druggists
situated at SIR COMPLEX opposite District Hospital Pulwama and
the Party no 2nd is the Pharmacist by profession bearing
Registration no JKPC/32/C/3637.
2. That the party no 1st has engaged party no 2nd as qualified person
in the said retail medical shop on monthly salary of Rs 6000/- .
3. That the Party no 2nd is bound to abide all the rules and regulation
of Health Department while performing his services in the said
retail medical shop .
4. That the monthly salary of party no 2 nd will be enhanced as per the
performance shown by the party no 2nd .
 5. That the parties are bound to follow the terms and conditions of
this agreement in letter and spirit
.
