LEARNING OUT OF THE TRANING

INTRODUCTION :

During the internship training period I have learned more about the business
function of Jeyem tiles company. The internship training makes me to accept
any kind of job in the future whenever I will search for a job. During makes the
training period. I have cleat idea about the way to do business. This training was
for me an inspiration to do a business in the future. In this capter, iam going to
share the learning during my training.

 I learned to do the business operations.

 I learned about the marketing strategy of Jeyem tiles

 I learned go to build the customer relationship

 I learned how to promote the product.

 I found the sales period of tiles may increase or decrease in day to day.

 I learned how to behave the customer.

 I learned about different various of tiles and ceramics.

 I learned about the document to be filled in the customer before the tiles
is delivery

 I learned about the procedure of cash sales and credit sales of the
company.

SUGGESTION:
 Introduce the new variety of tiles.

 Damage to their replace the delivery period.

 Provide a service to the buy after a tiles.

CONCLUSION:
During the my internship period, I got the practical knowledge and
theoretical knowledge to increase the efficiency of the candidate to suit the
organisation needs. The training has helped to me to improve the my skills,
and the working environment in Jeyem tiles is awesome got a very good
exposure in the company. Hope the training will be helpful to me find a better
job in future.
