Account Balances | Bonus Balances

Account Balances

You can find the Account Balance from the Balance Information section of IMS:

Here's what each section means:

Field Meaning

This section indicates a user's loss to the house. Net loss is

always displayed in house perspective so a red number
Net Loss
indicates the user is winning whereas a green number
indicates the user is losing

This section indicates the total amount of bonuses credited

Total casino bonuses
to the user.

This indicates the number of Comp points the user can

exchange.

Comp Points Customers will stop accruing Comp points from the
21st June 2020 and will have until the 18th of September
2020 to redeem any remaining points.

Total Comps This sections indicates the user's lifetime accrued Comps

Main wallet balances are not visible in IMS unless a user is logged in:

This is identified as External real balance but is not to be used when looking up balances. Always refer
to Yoda or Console for this.

Bonus Balance

The customers Bonus Balance is located from the Bonus Information section of Playtech IMS:

Balance is split into ‘ringfenced’ amount, bonus balance and pending winnings.

A user’s real money balance is not visible in Balance Information.
