2 Brief Report: On September 8th, 2023, a creativity workshop was held at Vimala
Vikas Kendra, Dockyard. The workshop was designed to encourage students to develop
their creativity and learn employable skills.

The session began with a quick round of introductions and a few icebreaker games to
help the students get familiar with the trainers. Once the students were comfortable, the
trainers began the demonstration of the day's activity: flower making.
The trainers explained each step of the process clearly and concisely and paused after
each step to ensure that all the students were following along. They were also quick to
help any students who were struggling. The students were eager to learn, and they
followed the trainers' instructions carefully. They were excited to see their flowers
come together, and they took great pride in their work.

At the end of the session, each student had created their unique flower. The students
were able to take their flowers home with them, and they were thrilled to show them
off to their families and friends. The creativity workshop was a success. The students
had a great time learning new skills and expressing their creativity. They also learned
valuable employable skills, such as following instructions, working collaboratively, and
troubleshooting.

Creativity is an important skill for everyone, regardless of their chosen career path. It
allows us to think outside the box, come up with new ideas, and solve problems in
innovative ways. The workshop was a success, and the students had a great time
learning a new skill and expressing their creativity. They also learned valuable
employable skills that will benefit them in their future careers.
