BRAEBURN: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 5-8
Braeburn apple is known to store wll, eat well and be an excellent cooking apple.
Appearance: The flesh is yellowish-green to creamy yellow and crisp in texture.
Taste: These apples have a crisp, spicy-sweet juicy flavor - a wonderful blend of tart and sweet flavors - both
high in sugars and acidity.
Harvest: Mid October
Pollinate With: Cortland, Empire, Fuji, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Jonathan, Macoun, Red Delicious

CORTLAND: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-6


This productive tree bears gorgeous ruby red apples with a snowy center that won’t brown in salads. Also
perfect for pies and cider.
Appearance: Large red apples
Taste: A crisp tart flavor.
Harvest: Mid September

EMPIRE: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-7


Its crisp and juicy flesh has a flavor that is sweet like a Red Delicious and tart like a McIntosh. Med sized.
