2.1 Production Process

The processes to be taken in delivering the various services of the business are shown in Table
2.1 and 2.2 below.

2.2 Factory Location and Layout

The business will be located in a central and accessible location in Marawi City, ideally
in a commercial area because our primary target market will consist of individuals residents of
Marawi City.

The fixed investment needed to be acquired by the business is presented in Table 2.3

All materials needed for the vintage vision product will be purchased from suppliers in
Marawi City since they usually offer cheaper prices. Purchase will be done twice a month
depends on how fast our product will sold out.

2.5 Waste Management

Incorporate sustainable and repurposed materials for a vintage vision product. Consider
using distressed wooden bins, recycled metal components or repurposed vintage crates. Aim for
design that aligns with the timeless and eco-friendly aspect of vintage aesthetics while promoting
responsive waste management.
