Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) – Leave Outside the Rules (LOTR)
Application
Please complete this application form to enable the ARAP LOTR Panel to consider your
request to relocate ARAP non-eligible family members to the UK under LOTR. Information
provided will be required to be shared with your employing or sponsoring department from
the UK Government to assess your case.
Note that submission of this form does not guarantee relocation for any additional family
members not eligible under the ARAP scheme.
In addition to this form, you must provide all relevant documents to support your application.
These include:

As I was interpreter I and my family life is in threats of death that we received many
warning letters and calls from Taliban that will killed if arrested. So, fortunately me and my
immediate family nearly moving to UK but my additional family are lifted in danger in
Afghanistan.

If me and my immediate family that nearly we moving to UK. And my additional family
lifted in Afghanistan. They would face to many life threads from Taliban. Such as arresting

even killing. Right now they in danger situation a many of Taliban. Even they cannot stay
in one place for more than one or two days. They changing their living places every two
day later. Even they cannot work to earn money to buy some food for themselves.

Because they were military persons in EX- government. So now they hided in a place at
Kabul. Even they cannot work. Because of life threads by Taliban. So, they cannot
support themselves.

Q1 cannot be provided remotely from another country?

I cannot support them remotely because I have my own childrens and need to make my
future and also my support is not enough for them. It’s not possible for me. Specially my
additional family lifesaving is my priority.
