What is a force and give examples?

This is a push or pull that causes a change in a objects shape, velocity,

direction. Examples of forces are pull, push, magnetism, friction, gravity,
acceleration.

What is the description of a force?

This is an external agent capable of changing a body's state of rest or motion. It
has a magnitued and a a direction

What is the Equation for a force?

Mass x Acceleration.

What is acceleration?
This is a measure of an objects change in velocity within a unit of time.

What is the equation for acceleration?

V = Final Velocity
U = Initial Velocity
T = Time Taken
(V-U)/T

What are contact and non contact forces?

Forces that act between two objects that are physically touching each other. The
force acts on a direct point of contact between the two objects. Non-contact forces
are at play when an object is able to push or pull another object without coming
into contact with it.

What are types of contact and non contact forces.

Types of contact forces are Frictional force which is exerted by a a surface
rubbing against a body of another surface, and tension force which is exerted by
pulling from a strong or chain on an object. Examples of non-contact forces are
gravitational forces which can pull planets together and can also make objects stay
on the surface of the earth this helps us define the weight of an object, and
magnetic force which is a force that attracts or repels magnetic objects such as
iron nickel and cobalt.

What is mass and weight?

This is the amount of matter in an object, mass is dimensionless. Weight is the
measure of the force of gravity on an object.

What is the equation for weight?

This is mass x acceleration due to gravity.
