Subject: Appointment Letter for E-commerce Business Development Associate

We are pleased to extend an offer of employment for the position of E-commerce Business Development
Associate at BizlinkIndia, an esteemed e-commerce company. After careful consideration of your

We are delighted to outline the terms and conditions of your employment as follows:

Position: E-commerce Business Development Associate

Department: Business Development

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Effective Date: 05/07/2023

Employment Type: Freelancer

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Performance-Based Incentives;

- Wholesaler and Retailer Registration: ₹200 per registration (with a minimum of 5 products).

- Manufacturer Registration: ₹400 per registration. (with a minimum of 5 products).

- After completing a minimum of 10 registrations for that particular month you will start getting increased
incentives from 11th registration. Wholesaler / Manufacturer Registrations will reward you with ₹300 and
500 Rs. Respectively

2. Employee Benefits: No time schedule fot work, Part-Time Availability


3. Travel allowance; ₹2,000 will be provided if you complete a minimum of 15 seller

Registrations, for that particular month.

Responsibilities:

As an E-commerce Business Development Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Identify and contact manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers for meetings.

2. Present and promote our e-commerce platform's benefits to potential clients.

3. Guide clients through accurate product listing procedures.

4. Address client queries and concerns promptly.

5. Maintain ongoing communication for client satisfaction.

These responsibilities are subject to change and may be modified to meet the evolving needs of the
organization.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the employment relationship by providing 5 days' notice or payment in lieu of
notice, as per company policy. The termination will be subject to compliance with applicable employment
laws and regulations.
