Assignment 3: Setting Goals for Measuring Your Brand

Part 1 - Smart Goals

1- Achieve 1,000 Instagram followers within the next 6 months with relevant and consistent
content creation. The strategy will engage with the audience through comments and messages.
Progress will be measured monthly to ensure we are on track to achieve this goal by the end of
the 6-month period.
2 - Get at least 10 clients weekly through social media and Google search for the next 3 months.
3 - Generate at least 5 USP (User Generated Content) per week through Instagram Stories for
the next 6 months.

Part 2 - Offline and Online Channels

Online marketing channels:

● Website: will be used to make brand awareness and be the brand presentation with the
company profile, social media and location.
Budget:
Elementor Pro - website builder: 59 USD.
Domain: 10 CAD
Design: 0 CAD the owner will produce it.

● Instagram and Facebook: those two social media will serve as a showcase of our
products and services. Also, will provide a close contact with the client to answer
possible questions. It’s planned to make paid advertisements to achieve the target
audience.
Budget:
Facebook and instagram ads:
100 CAD weekly for each post promoted.

● Google my business: it is important to set the company on a local searching platform.


That way, it will be more viewed and searched. It is important too to display the ratings
and reviews that our clients will send through the platform.
Budget: 0
Offline marketing channels:
● Menu: will display all products and will contain the branding rules such as logo, colors
and speech mode.
Budget:
Design: 0 CAD the owner will produce it.
Printing: 25 copies 27,50 CAD.

● Opening event: it’s objective is to present the company to the public in order to get a
client base.
Budget:
The price will vary according to the number of invitations and samples produced.

● Presentation flyer: for brand awareness it will present us, tell the story and products. It
will be delivered through mail to the neighborhood houses.
Budget:
Design: 0 CAD the owner will produce it.
Printing: 200 copies 130,00 CAD.
