    Provision of Portable ladder is provided as per standard

    Tool Pocket/Bag is provided to carry hand tools.


    Tool box talk or PEP conducted and record available at
    site.
    Safe access and egress provided.
    Height Phobia test record.
    Height Pass available to workfoce.
    Awareness for First Aid Center , Emergency contact nos
    etc.
    Visual Display at site.
    On site availabilty of Job Supervisor
    SWI Prepared and Workmen are aware of that.
    HIRA is available for the work.
