Holistic Healing and Wellness Syllabus

Instructor COURSE OVERVIEW AND OUTCOMES

This is a 3-week long course that captures various aspects of health and
wellness. In this course, students will become proficient on the topics of

COURSE EXPECTATIONS AND HOMEWORK POLICY

Each student is responsible to read the syllabus in its entirety. Students are required to participate in
class lectures, obtain copies of handouts provided by the instructor, and bring all materials required in
the syllabus. All assignments will be due at the end of the week as students will be presenting their
assignments in class. No late work will be accepted.

This syllabus will outline a three-week long course consisting of the following assignments:

Group Assignment: produce and present a podcast discussing current events and trends regarding
supplements and dietary fads.

techniques, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, etc.
