Objective: Providing detailed information about the sustainability of each product through

Action Steps:
● Develop tags that highlight the sustainable aspects of each product (e.g., materials
used, ethical manufacturing processes).
● Integrate this information into Aritzia's online platforms, allowing customers to access
detailed sustainability data for each product.
● Train staff to understand and communicate this information to customers in-store.
Impact: Builds customer trust and showcases commitment to sustainable practices.

Conscious Style Education (CSE)


Objective: Educate customers on sustainable practices and the importance of conscious
consumption.
Action Steps:
● Create a series of engaging and informative videos covering topics like the impact of
sustainability in fashion, tips for clothing care, and restorative services.
● Develop a reward system where customers earn points for watching these videos and
engaging with the content, which can be redeemed in-store or online.
● Encourage customers to share their own stories and tips for sustainable fashion on
social media, fostering a community of conscious consumers.

Our ReVogue Hub (Thriftia)


Objective: Establish a thrift store (with online and offline presence) for Aritzia products,
promoting reuse and extending the lifecycle of fashion items.
Action Steps:
● Set up a small section within existing stores, and dedicated page in the existing website
of Aritzia for Thriftia.
● Create an integrated system where customers can bring in their gently used Aritzia
clothing, inspect for redeemable value and receive store credit.
● Ensure the Thriftia section is aligned with Aritzia's brand image, presenting pre-owned
items attractively.
Impact: Encourages a circular economy and extends the life of fashion products.

Sustainable Wardrobe Subscription (SWS)


Objective: Offer a subscription-based model as a sustainable alternative to fast fashion.
Action Steps:
● A subscription service where customers can rent Aritzia clothing for a period, promoting
longer wear and reducing waste.
● Develop a variety of subscription plans to cater to different customer needs and
preferences.
● Implement a system for the return and refurbishment of clothes to ensure they remain in
good condition for future subscribers.
