    1.1 Interior and exterior paints have been finalized, Interior with Dulux Pentalite White on White, Nisi/Dhipa/PBM Villa 1 is proceeding with paint works
    Exterior with Dulux Weathershields White high hiding RM, Ceiling with Dulux Pentalite Ceiling
    which is only available in 1 colour variant.
    1.2 Dhipa to have better coordination and communication with “Mozza Tiles” supplier on delivery Dhipa notes
    method and system to prevent rejection from Dhipa side

    1.3 For some un clear information regarding finishing wise, installations that shows on 3D Dhipa/Nisi/PBM notes
    drawings (if any) to be submitted by Dhipa on Request for Information (RFI)
