Reflection: Khwaish

Having an amazing experience during this project I learned that self confidence and responsibility
are extremely important factors for growth as well as future building.

As I look back on the recent marketing start up business project, I can't help but acknowledge the intense
challenges we faced. Despite meticulous planning, we encountered unexpected delays in content creation.
However, through perseverance and effective communication, we managed to realign our strategies and
deliver the project successfully. This experience taught me the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and
resilience in the face of adversity. Moving forward, I aim to improve my project management skills and cultivate
a more collaborative team environment to mitigate similar challenges in the future.

In this project, I majorly participated in the interview of Mr. Sushil Jain and writing the follow up competence
questions. Additionally, I spent a great time on the video conference with our group from the Netherlands and
learned about their basic lives and culture.

EXTRA PARAGRAPH:

I believe that our team deserves merits reflecting our incredible teamwork as well as amazing
coordination. We ensured that all the work was done to the best of our ability. We not only did all the work
with responsibility but also made it to the point that we had fun in the group.
