PRIMA SUBSEA SERVICES is committed to conducting its operations in the Marine & Offshore Contrating
Industry with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and sustainability. This Waste Management
Policy outlines our commitment to managing waste generated during our inspection, maintenance, and
repair (IMR) campaigns to minimize environmental impact, comply with relevant regulations, and promote a
safe and clean working environment for our employees and partners.
Our Commitment:
è PRIMA SUBSEA SERVICES is dedicated to complying with all applicable local, national, and
international environmental laws, regulations, and standards related to waste management within the
è PRIMA SUBSEA SERVICES will actively seek to minimize waste generation during our offshore IMR
operations by implementing best practices, efficient processes, and responsible resource usage.
è Prior to each offshore project, our team will identify and classify the types of waste likely to be
generated; including hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and take appropriate measures for their safe
è All waste generated will be segregated at the source to ensure proper categorization and minimize
cross-contamination.
è Waste will be stored and transported using approved containers, ensuring that containers are labeled
è Where feasible, we will promote recycling and reuse initiatives to reduce the volume of waste sent for
disposal.
è PRIMA SUBSEA SERVICES is committed to providing training to employees and contractors involved in
waste management to ensure they are aware of the proper procedures, safety measures, and
environmental considerations.
