WITNESS STATEMENT

I, MALCOM NJOROGE a male adult of sound mind of P.O Box 1445-2342, NAIROBI temporarily
residing in Makadara within the Republic of Kenya do hereby take oath and state as follows;
1. I am employed as a bank manager of Cooperative Bank Makadara Branch.
2. I registered an account under the accused’s name with our bank on the 12th January 2016. The
account number was 00100274238.
3. I can note that the accused has been making frequent deposits to the account as from the date of
creation making the account’s status active.
4. I saw the accused coming to the bank branch on 30th October 2022 to have his bank card number
4407 ********2095 deactivated on the notion that he had misplaced the cards..
5. I attended to that matter, as the bank manager, and therefore deactivated the bank card in question
and rendered it useless.
6. I have read and averred that the facts stated in this witness statement are true to the best of my
belief and knowledge.
