I, OMARI HULK a male adult of sound mind of P.O Box 1242-1423, NAIROBI temporarily

residing in Makadara within the Republic of Kenya do hereby take oath and state as follows;

1. I was the neighbor to the accused and the deceased next door.
2. I saw the accused and the deceased moving in together.
3. I usually saw the accused and the deceased shopping together at the local market.
4. I saw the accused and the deceased leaving for work together on a daily basis.
5. I used to see the deceased carrying out household chores especially on weekends.
6. I saw them having parties together with their friends at their house.
7. That is all I have to state.
