Alam kong madalas ka umiyak sa gabi dahil naaalala mo sila.

Nasanay ka na nandyan palagi sila sa iyong tabi.

Alam kong tinitiis mo ang pagod at mahabang byahe.

Alam ko rin na nakakatulog ka na lang sa pagod kahit na ang sikmura mo ay sobra na ang kulo.

Sobra akong masaya sa kung ano ang nagagawa mo ngayon.

Isipin mo yon, kaya mop ala mag isa.


Think of an imaginary friend who is unconditionally accepting and compassionate and write a letter to
yourself from that perspective. What would your friend say about your perceived problem? What words
would he or she use to convey deep compassion? How would your friend remind you that you are only
human? You may write your letter either in English or Tagalog.

Next, create a mini vlog composed of short snaps and/or clips illustrating how you take care of yourself
in your life lately. For ideas on what self-care practices you may record and include on your video, please
check the attached file below.

You may add any background music on your mini vlog. However, you must add your voice-over reading
the self-compassionate letter that you wrote for yourself. I have attached below some sample mini-vlogs
that you may use for reference.

The duration of your mini vlog must be a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 3 minutes. You may
use any application of your choice in editing your mini vlog.

Submit and upload your output on this assigned classwork and don't forget to turn it in on or before
December 10, 2022.
