How are these norms

enforced?

Since I am affiliated with the Department of Education, we have this so-called “national”
standard. Our vision and mission focused on delivering quality education to our Filipino
learners, we visualize of Filipino students to passionately love their country and whose
values and competencies enable them to realize their fullest potential and contribute
meaningfully to build the nation.

From the hiring process up to the implementation, we have one standard that we follow.
Yes, there might be some cultural and individual differences among us (the
employees/members of the institution) but we still have the same goal, mission and vision.
DEPEd respect each one us and of course treats us fairly and just. I think DepEd enforced
these things by formulating, implementing, and coordinating policies, plans, programs and
projects in the areas of formal and non-formal basic education for the common good of us,
the employees/members of the institution. With the help of the management, teachers,
students, parents, the community as well as the stakeholders, everything is made possible,
whenever problems arise.
