MENTEE COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

This Mentee Commitment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of March 14th

2024, by and between “Girls in STEM” with CIF: G-56333214, a non-profit youth
association registered under the laws of Spain in accordance with Ley Orgánica
1/2002 de 22 de marzo, with its principal office located at Calle Apóstoles 7, 4A (Post
Code: 30001, Murcia, Spain) (hereinafter referred to as "GIS"), and

Name of Mentee: _________________________, an individual residing at

(hereinafter referred to as "Mentee"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Confidentiality

1.1. Confidentiality Obligation: Mentee agrees to maintain the

confidentiality of shared information during the mentorship period.

2. Commitment to Mentorship

2.1. Time Commitment: Mentee agrees to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours

per week throughout the program duration for independent project
work and a minimum of one weekly meeting lasting 2 hours with the
assigned mentor.

3. Mentorship Components
3.1. Active Participation: Mentee will actively engage in mentorship
activities, including but not limited to guidance on career choices,
industry trends, and addressing challenges in building a successful
STEM career.
3.2. Networking: Mentee will actively engage in networking events, fostering
connections between the mentor and professionals, peers, and industry
leaders.

4. Benefits

4.1. Ewgis Scholar Certificate: Mentee will be awarded an Ewgis Scholar

certificate upon successful completion of the program.

 4.2. Access to Learning Platform: Mentee will have access to a free learning
platform and educational resources.

5. Program Timeline

5.1. Mentee agrees to actively participate in the program from Mar 14th
2024 to May 9th 2024, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

6. Agreement Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice in case of
a breach.
6.2. GIS reserves the right to terminate the Agreement for non-compliance
with program requirements.

By signing below, Mentee acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms

and conditions outlined in this Mentee Commitment Agreement, including the
commitment to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week for independent project
work and a minimum of one weekly meeting lasting 2 hours with the assigned
mentor.
