RESOLUTION No. 001

series of 2024

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE POVINCIAL GOVERNMENT THROUGH HON. JEREMIAS

SINGSON, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR TO PROVIDE ONE (1) PATROL E-BIKE TO BE USED BY THE
BARANGAY TANOD’S IN RESPONDING ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE BARANGAY, ALSO AS
SERVICE VEHICLE TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF TRANSPORTATION DURING DAILY ROVING
PATROL.

Be it adopted in session assembled that:

WHEREAS, the barangay has no serviceable patrol vehicle operating to be utilized by the Barangay
Tanod’s for their daily roving patrol to maintain peace and order in the barangay.

WHEREAS, there is a need to request for patrol E - bike to be able to provide transportation of our
Barangay Tanod’s.

WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of the sangguniang barangay approved the
concensus of the said matter.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Sangguniang Barangay member. HON. ROLLY P. INES. and
Sangguniang Barangay member, HON. MACEDONIO BACLIG duly seconded by all, it was.
RESOLVED IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the povincial government through Hon. Jeremias
Singson, province of Ilocos Sur to provide one (1) patrol E – Bike on a cost of sharing–scheme to be used
by the barangay tanod’s in responding any irregularities in the barangay, also as service vehicle to ensure
availability of transportation during daily roving patrol.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the Provincial Governor
for his information and appropriate approval.

APPROVED this 3rd day of Feruary 2024, at Barangay Session Hall Barangay Dean Leopoldo Yabes (Pug
– os), Sinait, Ilocos Sur’.
