Appropriate site cleaning and covering was done by applying a LAA (SEDATION) tourniquet. Subsequently, a skin
incision of approximately 3 cm was made at the level of the left wrist. Carpal ligand was reached. He had severe
hypertrophic and compression on the median nerve. The transverse carpal ligament was cut. The median nerve was
decompressed. It was closed duly, and preoperation prophylactic antibiotics were administered.
