In 2024 we launch our new Postgraduate Orientation Programme aimed at assisting
NEW first-time entry postgraduate students to become familiar with our campus
services and resources.
Do complete the form below to indicate your availability for a 3-hour Postgraduate
Orientation session (this is a separate service brought to you by UWC Student
Development and Support to accompany your Faculty Orientation and improve your
knowledge of services available on campus).
You will receive a confirmation of your booking with further details from
orientation@uwc.ac.za

This Postgraduation Orientation session supported by current PG students will

include:
- Introduction to the UWC e-learning portal (iKamva) and UWC Google Suite
Services, UWC Library Services
- Orientation iKamva page https://ikamva.uwc.ac.za/
- Tour of Campus and Support Services
- Group discussions on 'How Postgraduate studies differs from Undergraduate
studies' (AdvDip, PGDip, Honours students)
- Presentations by Research Development and Postgraduate Support (Masters and
PhD students) among other.
