1. Once you are at the site select the PUB INDICES link (ES&S GA). Go to Page 2
and click on the link “Listing of Service / Operating Information Letters by Report
Number”. This is a list of ALL General Aviation Service and Operating Informa-
tion Letters.

the Advanced Search button.

In the “Publication Type” field select SIL.

In the “Organization” field select [99193] Commercial Propulsion (HONCP).

In the “Application” field select the application of your engine, then click on the
Search button.
