I, MILAGROS BACULO RONCALES, of legal age, single,

Filipino, with postal and residence at B 15 L 20 Camia St.,
Gardenville, Brgy. Pag-asa II, Imus City, Cavite, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state,
that:

1. I am the owner of a certain parcel of land, situated in the

above-mentioned postal and residence address more
particularly described in the copy of the TCT No. T-
361701 attached as Annex “A”;

2. I had a common-law relationship sometime in 1985 and he

was a resident of Cagayan De Oro;

3. We have been living together as husband and wife under

the same roof, continuously and without any interruption;

4. During our relationship, I got pregnant and blessed with

children namely MELODY ANNE RONCALES SEÑARA-
GONZALES who was born on March 29, 1978 at Cagayan
De Oro City and ALONA RONCALES SEÑARA-LAMPAS
who was born on August 14, 1979 at Cagayan De Oro City
as evidenced by the attached copy of the children’s
Certificate of Live Birth (Copies of the Certificate of Live
Birth attached as Annex “B” and “C”, respectively;

5. That by virtue of Law on Succession the said children are

my compulsory heirs and co-owners by operation of law;

6. Hence, I am executing this Affidavit to attest and declare

the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purposes that this Affidavit may serve.
 IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature
this 2nd day of November, 2021 at Las Piñas City, Philippines.
