In the human body there are two types of adipose cells: White and Brown adipocytes cells are low in
vascularity and not very innervated with the function of energy reserve, mechanical shock absorber
and thermal insulation Brown adipocytes are particularly innervated and vascularized cells. In the
mitochondrial membranes UCP1 is present, a protein called decoupling, responsible for the
production of heat as it is able to dissipate in heat the free energy obtained by the oxidation of the
fatty acids present
It has been suggested that a process of cooperation between the two tissues, experimentally docu-
mented, foresees the possibility that the two cytotypes are able to transform themselves directly and
reversibly into one another: Transdifferentiation
The particular and targeted mobilization of the cellulitic tissue determines the breaking of the fibers
that surround the adipocytes so as to have an effect not only on localized adiposity but also on P.E.F.S.
With the reduction of compression of blood vessels the normal elastic tension is restored and the
drainage of the edema is started
3 CLINICAL STUDY
Clinical study by Damiani Ettore (Surgeon and associate A.I.d.M.E.), Alberti Giovanni (Vice President
A.I.d.M.E. and Professor of the School of Aesthetic Medicine FBF) and Francavilla Giuseppe (Director of
the chair ofsports medicine of UniPa). During the clinical study on the application of Ultracryo were
found:
Reduction in cm of the treated areas
