 Introduction

AERIAL MIX SDN. BHD. or formerly known as Sterling Glory Mix Sdn. Bhd. was set up on 20th February
2003 with a paid-up capital of RM500,000-00. We are based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus
and we manufacture and guarantee the concrete in accordance with MS532:Parts 3 & 4:1993, BS5328: Parts
3 & 4:1990 and BS8110 Part 1:1985. Towards the end of 2011, there was a major change in the shares
holding and management staffs in order to bring the Company to greater heights.

Today, the Company has 7 operating ready-mixed concrete plants spanning over the state of Selangor,
Negeri Sembilan and Pahang. Over the last ten years, the Company had the experience to cope with high
technical requirement and demanding government jobs i.e. Central Spine Road in Gua Musang to Kg.
Relong, Paya Peda Dam at Jerteh, Terengganu, Kem Tentera at Gambang, Pahang, Menaik Taraf Jalan at
Maran, Pahang, Universiti Malaysia Perlis at Perlis, IPD at Selama, Kedah, and many more. We are also
often associated with reputable developer like KSL Reality and Scientex Berhad in Johor Bahru and Sime
Darby and IJM in Seremban and Nilai area. We are also experts in providing solutions in completing fast
track projects i.e. First Solar Factory in Kulim, Kedah whereby 36,000m3 of ready-mixed concrete were
poured in 4 months and Kellogg’s Factory in Bandar Enstek whereby 20,000m3 of ready mixed concrete
were supplied within 5 months. The total turnover for the company is estimated to be over RM30million in the
last three years.

Besides focusing in our main commercial market, our commercial team is always looking for opportunity to
work closely with our client by exploring the possibility of setting up project plants for our client at their project
site. This will reduce the waiting time for concrete which lead to faster completion of project and better
utilization of resources.

We are also very serious in our quality journey, and the Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified on 22nd
December 2016. Our Quality Policy is to become a leading, prestigious and reliable company in ready-mixed
concrete industry. On top of this we have also received SIRIM/CREAM certification for Product Certificate of
Conformity for our ready-mixed concrete on 7th October 2019 and we have also obtained the Certificate of
Standard Compliance (PPS) from CIDB on 18th Nov 2019.

Working Experience in Ready-Mixed Concrete:

Started as a Trainee Manager in Lafarge Concrete (M) Sdn. Bhd and last position held was the
Regional Manager of Southern Region. After ten (10) years of working in a multinational company,
he has gained much exposure in the ready-mixed industry such as mass concreting, temperature
control concreting, RCPT, ISAT, PQC, steel fibre concrete and etc. through working with various
international consultants and experience project managers. Some of the mega-projects that he has
handled were Putrajaya LRT 103-104, Maju Expressway (KLPH), Tunku Jaafar Power Plant, Jimah
Power Plant, Kuala Sawah STP and many more. Besides having the operational knowledge, he
was also entrusted with various tasks in the organization such as head of the Logistic Department
and Performance Department.

Moving away from Lafarge, he joined Lim Ming Shun at a local company, i.e. LV Mix Sdn. Bhd. in
year 2009 as a shares holder and General Manager. Together with his team and the support from
the board of directors, he has growth the company into a significant Ready-Mixed player in the
Northern Region.

On the 1st Jan 2012, he has joined AERIAL Mix Sdn. Bhd. as General Manager.

During these times, he has worked for few big companies including Lafarge, Pioneer Sun-Mix and
MDC. Some of the mega-projects that he has handled were MRT by Gamuda, Maju Expressway
(KLPH), KL Sentral Projects, Sg Buloh Hospital and many more.

On the 16th Mac 2015, he has joined AERIAL Mix Sdn. Bhd. as Operation Manager.

- More than 25 years of experience in ready-mixed concrete industry; well verse with plant
maintenance and manufacturing of ready-mixed concrete.
- Currently, the Plant Manager for our Berenang and Nilai Plant.

2. Profile of ANUAR ABU BAKAR

- More than 25 years of experience in ready-mixed concrete industry; has handled various
JKR projects especially doing with infrastructure works.
- The two major projects that he has recently handled for the Company are Menaik Taraf
Jalan in Maran, Pahang and Jalan Persekutuan Laluan 8&9 “Central Spine Road”
Package 3 from Gua Musang, Kelantan ke Kg Relong, Pahang.
- Currently, he is the Plant Manager for our site plant for the project at UPM, Serdang.

3. Profile of LEE CHEN SUCK

- 10 years of experience in ready-mixed concrete industry; has handled various projects
like high rise condominium, factories projects and etc.
- Currently, the Plant Manager for our site plant for the project at UTeM, Melaka.

Computerized Batching System

- All our plants are installed with computerized Batching System.
- At the end of the production day, batching reports are being generated and being signed-off by the plant
supervisor to ensure that materials batched were as per mix design and within tolerance.
- The plant’s (i.e. cement hopper, aggregate and water hopper) load cells are calibrated every 6 months by
independent party.

Computerized Weighbridge System

- Some of our plants have the weighbridge facilities whereby all in-coming materials’ trucks are to be received
through our weigh-bridge.
- This is to ensure that the raw materials (i.e. cement, admixtures, sand and aggregate) tonnages received on daily
basis are within tolerance of the delivery orders’ of the suppliers.
- We also randomly weigh our mixer trucks to ensure that we do not short supply our customers.
- Our weighbridge is calibrated yearly by independent party.

Testing lab
- Most of our plants have the laboratory facilities whereby testing of raw materials and cubes are being carried
out.
- Control cubes are made on daily basis to monitor the performance of concrete that is produce from the plant.
- These control cubes together with the site cubes are cured in the curing tank and tested according to the test
plan.
- Before we crushed the cubes, the cubes are weighed accordingly to ensure that the cubes have the right density.
- Our compressive machine is calibrated yearly by independent lab.
