In this weekly topic, I learned the benefits of exercise and helthy diet to
seafarers. By exercising regularly, seafarers can improve their fitness
level and keep their weight in a healthy range. In addition, it reduces the
risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure,
