kendalinya atas permintaan orang yang bersangkutan berdasarkan
penetapan pengandilan
(4) Setiap penyelenggara system elektronik wajib menyediakan mekanisme
penghapusan informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik yang
sudah tidak relevan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan

Pasal 26
(1) Dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, perlindungan data
pribadi merupakan salah satu bagian dari hak pribadi
(privacy rights). Hak pribadi mengandung pengertian
sebagai berikut:
a. hak pribadi merupakan hak untuk menikmati kehidupan
pribadi dan bebas dari segala macam gangguan
b. Hak pribadi merupakan hak untuk dapat berkomunikasi
dengan orang lain tanpa Tindakan memata-matai
c. Hak pribadi merupakan hak untuk mengawasi akses
informasi tentang kehidupan pribadi dan data seseorang

Pasal 293
(1) Setiap Tindakan pelayanan Kesehatan perseorangan yang dilakuka

invasif dan/atau mengandung risiko tinggi.
(6) Persetujuan Tindakan diberikan oleh pasien yang bersangkutan.
(7) Dalam hal pasien yang bersangkutan tidak cakap memberikan
persetujuan, persetujuan Tindakan dapat diberikan oleh yang mewakili

(1) Setiap tenaga medis dan tenaga Kesehatan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan
wajib menyimpan rahasia Kesehatan pribadi pasien.
