LETTER OF CONFIRMATION:

We hereby confirm that the balance receivable amount from

M/s Al Rawahi International Co LLC for the Gulf international poultry farm
project at Ibri-Al Sebekhi is OMR /- 6510.000(In words) including VAT for
above mentioned scope of works.
We hereby confirm that the balance scope of works and the snag works as
per the Contract and the documents related to O&M Manual will be
submitted as per the attached Annexure -1 schedule, after the Payment
received from GIPF.
We hereby further confirm that we will provide 1 Set of Warranty
Certificates, 3 sets of O&M hard copy and 1 set of O&M soft copy and any
further required documents after receiving this, payment.
Warranty of the products to remain same as mentioned in the commercial
offer shared.
