“ If you think you’re perfect already,
then you never will be.”
This line caught my attention at first sight. In
this materialistic world, we can get what we
need (want) easily, just as our wallet becomes
thinner. As a result, we gain self-satisfaction
easily, too. And therefore we will think we are
‘perfect’ now: we have friends, food, a place to
live – and also achieving our ideal self. We
think we become the 'best’ version of
ourselves. But is this true? I believe that there
will not be a 'perfect' person in this world.
Everyone has their strengths, but also their
shortcomings. And all we need to do is judge
and improve ourselves. We would never be
perfect, but we should try our best to be
perfect.

Not only said by Ronaldo, the genius scientist
Thomas Edison also said something similar.
This could completely show that talent is not
the most important. If we want to step on to
the road of success, hard work is
indispensable. It is true that talent can make
our path smooth, but without our striving, we
could not even start our journey. On the other
hand, having no or less talent in a field does
not mean that we could not succeed. We could
achieve our goals by working hard, even
though the process is rough. Of course, the
most ideal case is that we have talent and
hard work at the same time, but I believe that
hard work will be more important.
